Good stories for good kids

Only by looking at one of the photos of the books titled "Good stories for good kids" I could feel one summer day that I had lay down on the carpet of our guest room at my parents' place reading one of the books.
I was happy that I had a book with pink cover beside the very colorful covers of the collection. I liked that they came with different colors, maybe one of the reasons was the colors could a little bit compensate for black and white pages of the books then.
Today, I could see a little girl who believed that kids and stories both were good, remembered that little girl once again, she's all grown up now...deep inside she secretly wishes to be a good little kid.

The author passed away today.

Nostalgia, nostalgia, nostalgia...!

I do remember the same summer days behi jan! I remember!
And I could also remeber the nice taste of those simple stories...

I always cherish the memory of those ones who colored my childhood. This author was definitely one of them.

May he rest in peace...

May his soul rest in peace.

I remember those books and those stories very well, and those lazy magical moments of childhood, in which a book could take you far far away...

You remember?, the colorful covers of the books gave them some personalities as well, we could refer to them as with their colors: "Hey, I haven't read this yellow one yet, but I've just bought the brown one"..."I like the stories in the pink one the best..." and so on...

Thanks for reminding us of him and bringing back those memories :)

I remember those books too. I had all of them. I wish I'd have kept them when I left Iran.
